Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We currently offer Standard 5-8 business days and Ground 1-5 business days for delivery. All packages will be delivered by FedEx or USPS for delivery. At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. All packages are insured for your protection against loss or damage in transit. Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days.

Shipping rates for Standard and Ground services are displayed at checkout. All orders receive standard free shipping. Shipping rates appear in the box marked "shipping charges" at checkout. For more information please review our Shipping Information.

Returns

A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item to Telos Ecom LLC Wholesale.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless the goods are defective. We ask that the goods be in a saleable condition ie. clean, with packaging intact, and with any pricing stickers removed in such a manner as to not deface the product in any way.

Freight for returns sent to our warehouse locations must be prepaid by the customer. Warranty, repaired or replacement product will be sent back to the customer with no freight charges. Discontinued, special order, promotional, cross dock, and direct ship orders may not be accepted for return for credit unless they are defective.
